everyone involved - you our customer, NorthNet personnel and Westelcom.

help to ease some of your concerns.

OPERA WEB BROWSER - Do you use the "Fastest Web Browser on Earth?" It is not Internet
Explorer and it certainly is not Netscape version 6! It is "Opera," claims Opera Software
http//:www.opera.com
Opera is small, stable and speedy. The speed is significantly
faster on computers with lower modem speeds and slower processors. It
doesn't increase the data transfer rate of course, but it does display web page elements faster and
with less system overhead. Opera runs on a number of operating systems including Macs and
Windows.
Opera also features some handy built-in tools, a basic email
program, a stripped-down version of the ICQ instant messenger
and a search query form right on the tool bar.
Ever lose your connection deep into a long file download? Opera
lets you reconnect and resume any failed download, saving a lot of time
for those with slow modem speeds.
We recommend that you download the Java-enabled version. It is a lot larger than the non-Java
version but it offers more capability.
Both versions are completely free, supported by a small advertising banner. Register your copy
for $39 and the ads go away.
There is a good review of Opera at:
http://www.chip-online.com/products_tests/products_tests_4029.html
Opera will not display pages which contain Active X and Visual
Basic code, neither of which comply with web standards but are written
only for Microsoft products.

surfing with Opera.
