We made a amendment to our Clubs Constitution. This was voted on at our August 5, 2000 meeting. It will read any Club or Organization may join the Club, Dues for One year will be $10.00. There can only be One Vote and One News Letter Per Club or Organization.

Called the Cluckander
Very cute & funny, it is full of jokes about Chickens , Roosters & Chicks also with photos. Size is 11x 13, sells for $8.99 US / $13.99 Canada on the store shelf. The Club is selling it for $6.00. WOW it is worth it. You can purchase the calendars from me or contact any Club Officers, and they will let me know.
The Clubs Poultry Show turned out well we all had a good time.
Our T-shirts, Hats, Sweatshirts & Calendars Sales totaled $150.00.
We had a Chicken plop bingo. It was allot of fun and I got a chance to talk to allot of you for a change, it was nice.
We made $45.00 and Kelly Cole was our winner of $22.50 congratulations Kelly
The Raffle Table $290.50
The Tail Gate $90.00
We had a Silent Auction $37.00
The 50/50 $90.00 Winner Gary Wells $45.00 congratulations Gary.
There was a Beautiful Afghan made by Pansy Bowhall Thank you Pansy. The Afghan Raffle was $81.00, winner was Bill Ryan. Congratulations Bill. Also thank you Pansy for feeding everyone at the work day
We had about 340 bird entries, a total of $494.74.
A thank you to Omar Serrano for hauling the trail to and from the show.
Our Junior Plaque for Champion Junior Bantam was donated by Merle Converse.
A Big Thanks to All the club members who helped out with the show.

Our November 4, meeting we will be voting on Changing the Club Constitution on terms of Club Officers. Should we have the Officers in Office for a 3 year term or not? Please come and vote at this meeting. This is a important step for the club. Hope to see you there.
