Third Quarter News Letter

Hello to all, well fall is upon us lets hope it is a calm one.

Our Club Picnic was great. We had a good time and the food was excellent, but it would have been nice to see more of you there.

We had a winner in our membership drive, Melvina Reid brought in two new/renewed members, she choose the one year free membership. Thank you to all that participated. I think we should try again next year.

Well the time is almost here to choose New Club Officers; the positions are President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. If you would like to run for one of these offices please contact Derek Raymo 315-769-1397 or Gary Wells 315-322-8993 The date of election is December 12, 1999 which will be our monthly meeting and club Christmas party. This year the party will he held at the Madrid Community building, it is bigger and will give us more room so please come and join the fun. (The more the merrier) The time will be at 2:00 PM. Please bring a covered dish to share, the club will supply the rest.

CONGRAGULATIONS

Our Fall Swap Meet was a success, a lot of selling and trading going on. We had birds, rabbits and even button quail. We had a good raffle table, Thank You to all that donated.

I have been going to some of the shows in our area and seen quite a few of our members which makes the shows even more enjoyable.

Our monthly meeting is every first Saturday of month at 7:00PM at Hepburn Library in Madrid.
