 Welcome to my home page. This short synopsis is just a soupçon to let you know how I feel about fishing and just plain, clean living. I live along the eastern shore of Lake Ontario, so though my references will mostly be general, you'll probably notice that home base for me is in northern New York, on the Tug Hill Plateau between Lake Ontario (to the west), the Adirondack Mountains (to our east), and our good neighbors, Ontario, Canada to the north. I live near Henderson Harbor, where I usually launch my boat, "The WaterLog". My aim is to share, with folks like me, some pastimes and interests that may amuse you and relax you. Fishing is another dimension that I put myself in when I want to get away from the realities of real life. It exists in the "Clean Living" part of my life that is where I should have never left when I was younger but had to just because "It was there." You'd really never know there was another side of the fence, unless you at least went there once to see it for yourself. Mission Statement:This site is dedicated to fishing and fishermen in the Eastern Lake Ontario drainage basin area, covering parts of Ontario, Canada and Northern New York. The education of this area's environment, ecosystem, and it's fisheries will serve as a plan of action to restore and protect Lake Ontario for future generations. Included in this site, are tips for catching, cleaning and cooking fish, a few stories of local fishing, sites for the fishermen, sport boaters, and on the lighter side, a little humor. Please enjoy the contents of this site and remember this is an unofficialfishing site intended for your(and my) divertissement.
