This 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located in the Village of Mallory Square, close to Sumter Landing. Rates for vacation rentals include use of a Club Car golf cart, all utilities, television in living room and in bedroom, DVD player, telephone (except long distance charges), and taxes. There is an additional $75 cleaning fee. If you choose to pay a $50.00 amenities fee to The Villages, you are entitled to free greens fees on The Villages Executive golf courses, and reduced rates on the championship 18 hole golf courses during your Florida vacation rentals. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Subtract $200 to rent the house without use of the golf cart.
