It contains the holdings information of 305 libraries in Clinton, Essex, Franklin,
St. Lawrence, Lewis, Jefferson and Oswego counties. ICEPAC is partially funded through
an LSTA grant from the New York State Education Department, Division of Library Development.
Searching the ICEPAC online card catalog: Searches may be entered by author, title, subject,
or by all fields. Searches may be made for individual libraries, holdings, or for groups
of libraries holdings. Online instructions are available throughout the search.
Borrowing materials identified on ICEPAC: Libraries throughout Northern New York
share materials for their users through a service called Interlibrary Loan. Please
visit your local library and request the items identified through ICEPAC.
