The Pratt-Northam Youth Council is a group of area students assembled from Beaver River, Copenhagen, South Lewis, Lowville, Harrisville, and Boonville Central Schools. These students gather to decide on how to appropriate money for the betterment of their community. Specifically, for activities that cultivate the mind, and give area students a chance to do something out of the ordinary. |
